Best Western Oxnard Inn, Oxnard

Although the hotel's location was ideal, close to downtown, the harbor, and beaches, and the dining experience was amazing with a wide range of options including hot dishes and fresh fruit daily, there were some drawbacks like the room being dark with a slight smoke smell and only three towels provided for a four-person stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although attempting to eliminate smoke smell, were decent for the price paid and featured a comfortable king size bed, standard bathroom, a big flat screen TV with full cable, and reliable Wi-Fi. However, the location near a busy road with constant traffic was a downside.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nicely updated and very clean, offering a nice table and two dining armchairs. However, there was a slight smell of smoke, though the staff tried to neutralize it. The service was excellent, with friendly, polite, and professional staff available 24/7. The location was central to all the places I wanted to visit in Oxnard, close to downtown, the harbor, and the beaches. The dining experience was a step up from the usual hotel offerings, with hot options, pancakes, fresh fruit, and cookies daily, and the facilities were well-maintained.
